MEDIA CONSENT – PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
Please be advised that photos or videos may be taken the day of the event and may be used in print materials, social media, websites, press releases, presentations, newsletters, and other promotional formats now or in the future. By choosing the “I agree” option below, I hereby grant A Parent’s Promise LLC, its representatives, designees, and transferees, the irrevocable right to use and publish any photographs or video recordings of me – with or without my name – for any lawful purpose, including publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.

EVENT LIABILITY CONSENT
By registering for the Spring Safety Community Event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in an outdoor community event involves certain inherent risks and voluntarily assume responsibility for myself and/or my child.
2. Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless A Parent’s Promise, LLC, Conemaugh Township Area School District (CTASD), event volunteers, sponsors, and participating organizations from any claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the event, except in cases of gross negligence.
3. Booth & Vendor Responsibility
I understand that individual vendors and organizations are solely responsible for their own booth areas, materials, and operations during the event.
4. Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency, I authorize event staff to seek appropriate medical care for myself or my child if necessary.

Memorial Assistance Grant
Every life deserves to be remembered, and every family deserves support during their darkest moments.
A Parent's Promise LLC Memorial Assistance Grant helps families experiencing financial hardship afford burial, cremation, or memorial expenses for a loved one.
Grant funds may help cover: Burial or cremation expenses, headstones or grave markers, memorial plaques, and other essential end-of-life expenses.
Funding is limited and awarded based on financial need, available funding, and eligibility criteria.

Renew, Relax, Refill
Women spend so much of their lives pouring into others - caring for families, supporting loved ones, and carrying responsibilities that often leave little time for themselves.
Fill Your Cup was create to give women a space to pause, breathe, and refill emotionally, mentally, and spiritually through uplifting gatherings, encouragement, and supportive connections.
When women are restored and strengthened, they return to their families and communities with renewed hope and purpose.
Booth & Vendor Registration
Secure your spot by registering your business or organization. You must list all staff members attending and upload or email a mandatory Certificate of Insurance (COI). Please email any special electrical requirements for your booth. Submit Registration once all required fields are complete.

Help us coordinate logistics, manage setup, and provide a warm welcome to families during our community gatherings.
Peer Mentor
Share your resilience journey and offer one-on-one faith-based guidance to parents newly facing complex medical diagnoses.
Resource Researcher
Assist in identifying and verifying local services and spiritual resources to help families manage their daily challenges with hope.
